The Mustard Seed is a quaint little local spot, but it definitely is a must stop spot! They offer a wide variety of sandwiches and wraps as well as some delicious potato salads! The staff is nice enough to help you navigate the menu, the only issue we had was trying to pay, you order at the front and then go to another counter to pay? Seemed like an unnecessary added step, and considering the shop isn’t very large inside and has very limited seating inside (plenty of outdoor seating), it would make more sense to order and pay at the same location. Other than that, we had a phenomenal experience and I can’t wait to come back and try some other menu items!

Solid 4.5. Super nice staff & fantastic sandwiches!

Wife & I had 2 sandwiches, 1 side, 2 drinks, 1 bag of chips and w/ tip was just above $40. If you are price conscience keep in mind it’s not a cheap place to eat HOWEVER it is delicious. Keep in mind it is not cheap to run a small business. We were happy to pay the prices for delicious food.

The Ann & Mary (I believe it was…. loaded w/ turkey) were delicious. The Ann was a hot sandwich my wife ordered and I tried it… wow so good. The wait did take a bit but it’s all made to order and it was busy on a Sat.

Plenty of parking out back… inside is very nice. Indoor and outdoor seating.

The Rocco, Mary and Lucky were really good. My son liked the grill cheese, but recommend asking for a light press. Lots of cookies and slice of cakes for the sweet tooth. Lots of different and yummy bottled sodas. Plenty of outdoor seating to eat on site. Really cute place. Definitely will be back.

This is Lutz, FL best kept secret! I had the Vita sandwich, macaroni salad and lemon cream cake and just Oh. My. Word. I was full after only eating half of the sandwich, but it was so delicious I ate the half. The sandwich was so simple, but the sauce used made a magical combination (even the tomatoes on the sandwich were tasty, like how do they make tomatoes taste good!?) The slice of lemon cake was light, but not too sweet. It was the perfect lunch. I must say, I did not eat the macaroni salad because I was stuffed after eating the sandwich and wanted to save room for the cake. As I was leaving the deli I noticed the sign on the counter hiding behind the jars of jam, “a mustard seed of faith can move mountains” Luke 17:6, and just like that it all made sense.

I will be back again.

What an amazing local spot to grab an incredible sandwich and some homemade sides. I am totally a sandwich/deli lover, and this place hits all the yummy buttons on my list. I have enjoyed several sandwiches here previously, but I am a sucker for the specials that are offered weekly/bi-weekly.

In my opinion, the absolute best sandwiches in this area.

The charcuterie is amazing as well. Such a wide variety of meats, cheese & assorted honey, fruit & cracker/bread! You will NOT be dissatisfied with a visit. Staff is always polite, attentive, and super awesome!

Food is outstanding. The Chicken Parm (Ann) Sandwich is one of the best Ive Ever had. That's saying a LOT. So Good I ate it Driving. Sorry for the not so good photo. The Cucumber Salad also is On point. If I was being nit picky, Id prefer a bunch more dill in it. But thats me. We are NOT a Fan of any of the Potato Salads. The Broccoli Salad is Great, same with the Mac Salad. This isn't a Ding on the place or it's recipes, just don't care for their Potato Salads personally. Also, the tomato soup is tasty but had WAY WAY too much Sour Cream for my taste. It was almost Light Pink in color and served warm not hot.

The Meatball Sandwich (The Keith) - Between the Chicken Parm (Ann) w/ Pesto and this... Not sure what is better so I just get Both. Freaking Love them. So Tasty. Both are amazing with Great meatballs and Some of the most delicious Chicken Cutlets ever. Also the Pesto is FANTASTIC.

Chicken Cesar Wrap - have had this before here. Its normally very wet. Personally I like that. My Wife doesn't. Simple fix, as for it to be light dressing. Win for both of us.

Italian Roast Sandwich (The Rocco) - Was tasty but boring for me. Felt it was a bit too Greasy maybe from some olive oil on the bread? Was just too much. Needed Provolone and maybe some roasted peppers or some giardiniera. Again Tasty on GREAT Ciabatta but missing somethings.

The Vita Italian Sandwich. Delicious. Portioned right. Hard to find a sandwich with Mortadella. Ask for extra Dressing. It's Delicious.

Grilled Cheese - We are proudly Raising a pretentious 6 year old. HE LOVES this grilled cheese. He has better food taste then 90% of adults. lol

Service inside was quick and cheerful.

We have added this into our Rotation. If I'm looking for an Italian Sandwich its either here or Moschella's in Wesley Chapel.

Also the prices aren't too bad.

The employees were really sweet. Everything was really quick. I ordered the daily special- the Kevin- it was soooo good. Personally I wish there’s been some kind of veggies on it to balance out all the fried goodness, nonetheless, it was amazing. The tomato soup was so amazing- these little crunchy bits with the pieces of crunchy bread soaking in the juices. I got a peach soda from the fridge that was so yummy. Love this place!!

I ordered on Uber eats and the “lucky” sandwich had hardly any meat. Scroll through other photos from reviews and compare for yourself. My sandwich was nothing like the photos. My husband ordered from here a few days ago (the reason why I ordered) and his sandwich had meat on it. I’m not sure if they gave me less because I ordered on Uber eats. I’m very disappointed.
