Said just email authorization to release survey and he will send. Several weeks later, with contract ready to close next week, and after 6 phone calls, only 3 that reached him, multiple email requests, and still no survey. Buyer even called him, and would have used him for updated survey, but he never called him either. Included in contract that seller would include survey. Now we may be in breach, and have to delay closing while we wait for a new company to complete. Don't take new jobs if u can't service previous clients! Take messages on phone and listen to them and get a working email service!

This company did a survey on the house for sale next door. When digging to find the lot markers broke a sprinkler on my property. Didn't even bother to inform me or try and fix it. Just left it to flood out next time the sprinklers went on. Great way to do business.
