Sales are usually really good! I use to come for the graphic tees but they are not as good as they used to be. I also have trouble finding my size for jeans, but now you can order in store and have it shipped to you if they are sold out. We always shop here for my daughter and back to school. Haven't been at Old Navy in a few years. Had a nice time shopping for Xmas. Nice to see they still have the Soft-Washed V-Neck t-shirt for men. Still at a good price. Still have shorts. This is that time of year for Super Ca$h! Yes, they still doing it. Surprise my info was still in the system. Big plus for me!

We like to buy shirts here and add the Drone Training School logo because they have really good designs and the price is right, I usually send the employees here because our company is very close to the store, the employees are very nice and friendly and welcoming, the store is very nice and organized, super clean!

The quality and options in this store are limited. About a pair of joggers for 30% off on Friday May 17th returned on Monday the 20th to buy the exact same pair and was told they are not on sale even though they were on a round rack that said 30% off. The manager didn't even have enough gumption to come to the front of the store and tell me she had to tell the cashier in her ear over their phone system. The prices in the store are not a sale, the quality and quantity of good clothing is not at this store. If there's six pairs of joggers on the rack with a sign that says 30% off that's what the price is. You lost my business, and the manager of the store needs a refresh course and customer service. 5-20-24 am.

A lot of clothing choices. Store is big and not usually very busy. I placed an order to be picked up at this Colonial Plaza location. Ordering online gave me an additional 30% discount. Make sure to check at Old Navy site if the items that you like are available with additional discount. Then you can just order online and they will be ready to be picked up in half an hour.
