Finally, find a place that really respects and takes care customers. After 3 different shops, that never care about service Oscar really takes care. Oscar takes his time to explains how the service goes in my Jeep. I can FINALLY say that now I really have a ride!

I Brought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited On 02/13/2024 to Jeepers 4X4 on 953 Mercy Drive Orlando, FL I wanted to do some upgrades like front and rear shocks a tuneup an alignment. He also pointed out to me some other things that I should get done. I told him that I used to live in Orlando but I had just moved to Connecticut and I was in Orlando for a week to finalize some personal things and get my Jeep prepare to have it shipped by a auto transport company. I told him I only had a few days in Orlando to get the job done on the Jeep. His response was I guaranteed that everything will be done and that the Jeep will be ready the day before I was to fly back to Connecticut. I then went forward and purchased from them front and rear Fox Shocks, Fox steering stabilizer, drag link terra flex, Tie rods, spark plugs, oil cooler, valve cover gasket, total price with parts and labor was $5500.00 They called me the day before me flying back to Connecticut and told me to come down and pick up my Jeep that it was done and ready.
When I got there I took it for a test drive and noticed that the steering wheel was crooked leaning towards the left and when driving it was pulling to the left. I made it aware to them immediately. They told me if I could leave it with them overnight and to pick it up the next day. I told him I was very clear with him from the beginning about my time in Orlando and I couldn’t leave it to the next day due to me leaving in the morning and transport company picking it up the Jeep that next day. The bottom line is I now have the Jeep in Connecticut a few days later I was driving the Jeep on the highway the whole front end was shaking so hard it felt like the whole front was going to fall apart. I had to immediately pull over to the side of the highway and have it towed to a Jeep shop and they told me that all the new parts that Jeepers 4X4 put in the front end was HAND TIGHT. I had to spend another $375 dollars and thank God I didn’t have an accident on the highway. These people are so irresponsible, don’t care for people’s life they should not be in business.

Finding an honest mechanic is like finding gold, and Jeepers is the real deal. On my JK they've done my brakes, fixed my thermostat and handled a rear main replacement, and throughout all of the work and all of my dealings with them, they've been honest, direct and fairly priced. They have a real pride and passion for their work, and it shows. I can't say enough good about them.

Very professional experience for us as out-of-towners. They were quick to get us in. Gustavo was great at communicating, and Oscar provided a service that was much different than what the dealership told us we needed. Would definitely use them if we lived near Orlando.

Wonderful experience at Jeepers 4x4! The repairs were done in a timely manner (actually much more quickly than I was expecting); the communication was fantastic (regular updates from Ricky re what was being done, when it would be completed, etc.); the cost was super fair; and the the people were a delight to work with. Highly recommend!

This company is very unprofessional. The level of customer service and auto mechanics is very poor and untrustworthy. I towed my 2016 Jeep Wrangler to Jeepers at the beginning September 2022. I was told weeks later that the drivers side head gasket was leaking and needed to be replaced. They recommended repairing both sides. I agreed to the repairs. It took them over two months to complete the job with multiple excuses as to why. One reason was the mechanic that started the job quit, leaving my engine completely disassembled. A new mechanic had to complete the job and find all the parts spread around the shop. After they replaced the head gaskets they said the vehicle was still over heating and the thermostat needed to be replaced. Then after they replaced the thermostat they told me it was misfiring and one of the fuel injectors needed to be replaced. At this point I was frustrated and didn't trust them. I picked up my Jeep and took it to the dealership. The dealership told me that the intake manifold bolts were stripped and that is why it was misfiring. They also said the headgaskets were leaking.The dealership also told me there were mismatched and missing bolts. I had the dealership fix the manifold and gave Jeepers a second chance to make it right since the work for the head gaskets were under warranty with them. The owner Gustavo made me wait entire month of December 2022 before I could tow my vehicle back to Jeepers because he personally wanted to work on it. He had it for two weeks and told me that the vehicle is ok and the dealership was lying to me. I picked up my Jeep and drove it a mile and it over heated. The owner Gustavo tells me through text it's the radiator and fans. Why didn't he say that when I had it in his shop for two weeks? It's because they don't know what they're doing. I paid them thousands of dollars and my Jeep is still not working. No refund offered and no remorse. My next step is to file a complaint with the state and sue them.
