This office forced me to pay before my appointment, even though I asked them to bill my insurance. And then when my insurance company paid all of it, refused to refund my money. They are crooks at this office. I tried to talking to Dr. Ali about it, but he honestly doesn't care. Nobody is in charge of this fly-by-night operation. I have to take my doctor's office to small claims court to get my money...

The office had a change of the guard per se, 3 months ago but I love Dr. Ali. He is absolutely amazing and now that they have worked out all the quirks for the new office, it is even better. The staff at check-in is amazing and always willing to help and answer any questions you may have or in the alternative find someone who can. Dr. Ali treats you like you are a human being and not just another patient which gives me a peace of mind that we are working on getting things going in the right direction.

I can't reach this office to make an appointment. Their telephone system is incredibly bad! They don't return calls if you leave a voicemail and the number they give you to call is in Romania. I saw Dr. Ali one year ago and would very much like to see him again, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that.
I have read other reviews which say the same thing. I don't think they even read their reviews or they would improve their system.

They are under new administration, which is terrible by the way, and have not sent their patients an email to inform them. They have not had the courtesy to tell us that it is not Center for Endocrine and Diabetes Consultants anymore, and they have not provided the new phone number. All the communication has to be done through the patient portal, and they "don't have the time or resources" (exactly what the office admin wrote to me) to call the insurance to make clarifications. We (the patients) have to figure out overcharges and medication approvals.

Impossible to talk with anyone on phone. Thet do not call back even if u leave a message. I cannot go to the portal as the office has to send link and they will or cannot do this. Dr Ali MD is a good doctor. Office unbelievably ineffective and inefficient. Have to find new doctor which is a hassle 🙄

Today was my first visit with Dr. Ali since my previous physician left the practice. I am a harsh critic as far as medical professionals go , but I was more than pleased with Dr Ali..He reviewed my previous diagnosis and treatments and I felt like he was up to speed with me even though it was my first visit with him. His bedside manner was very kind and professional.I felt he did a thorough physical examination as well. He was very easy to understand and he explained how he would monitor and evaluate my diabetes and hyperparathyroidism. I would strongly recommend Dr. Ali!

This office is absolutely terrible, good luck getting a hold of anybody if you need anything. They sent a bill to collections, despite my insurance already paying for the visit and they double bill the same visit. No response from anybody from the office, absolutely crooked. I will be reporting them for insurance fraud. Beware with this Office go somewhere else.
