Scary filthy office. Office overflowing, lady in wheelchair hacking up all over waiting area. No masks available. Patients waiting outside in parking lot. I had a 9am appointment and was told at least a two hour wait. I have never seen a Drs office so filthy. This guy should be visited by the FDA. Tried to take pictures, front desk jumped all over me “this is private property and a doctors office no picture allowed” Meanwhile wheelchair lady sounded like she needed the ER, coughing on everyone Run fast, run far

We waited a little over a month for an appointment just to arrive on time. The staff is rude and unprofessional. We waited 30 minutes I over hear a patient son talking to his mom, saying the wait is 1-2 hours before being seen. I excused myself and asked if he was sure about that he said the other gentleman had been there since 9:30 a.m., but I haven't been called yet. This is 10:30 am already. Not only this, the waiting room was so hot that there was not enough room for people to sit. No professionalism letting people know that the Dr is running late, not giving the option to wait or reschedule. I requested my patient documents, and all I received was attitude. You're better off looking for another neurologist. I would never recommend this place.

At first, they were helpful, providing my husband samples while they got auth for his migraine medication. Little did we know that the staff literally can't do anything without the manager there. Took them a year and a half (not exaggerating) to finally submit the auth request correctly. Back up to last December, they required my husband to come in for a follow up visit in January this year (more money, specialist copay, all that jazz) and promised they'd get the rx auth into the insurance company. We called the insurance company and they never received itthe request. Called the office back, left vmails all calls went unanswered. Husband finally sought care elsewhere and has been receiving his medicine regularly for 3 months. Guess what we just received in the mail today? Approval for the rx submitted by this office...only requested on 6/20/23. He was approved for care through the VA and has had a faster turnaround there than this office. Would absolutely not recommend.

Dr. Shah is such a fresh breath of air compared to any of the other specialist ive seen. Both him and his staff make you feel comfortable and heard. I cannot be more thankful to them especially Kim who is part of the office staff. Keep up the amazing work!

Met with Dr. Shah for a consult. He was very patient and listened to my condition. He provided several options on how we could move forward. This was my first experience with him and quite different from many of the reviews I see on this site. I did get voicemail at 9:20 am in the morning when trying to reschedule an appointment. However I have had three interactions with this office as so far they have been positive.
