Cuando mire los comentarios pensé que mi día estaba arruinado pero en realidad fue muy fácil mi cita era a las 12:00pm mi llegada fue a las 11:55am y mi salida fue a las 12:50pm solo tienes que venir a la hora de tu cita. el es pació es muy reducido para realizar maniobras

I would give it a zero. The Customer service here is rubbish, I asked a guy that's the best you going to get the trailer on the dock due to the cars parked in front or remove one of the cars. He goes he supervisor here and we are not going to remove the cars, you have to keep trying. It took alot of time to get the trailer straight on the dock even then it was alittle off but the forklift guy managed. If you got a long truck like mine stay away, you can't even angle the trailer on the dock like most tight docks we go to. Rubbish place. Avoid the place.

They let their employees park where we need to maneuver our rigs. Had to wait almost 2 hours to get into my door assignment because things were in the way. 3 hours to unload. Unacceptable people.

Come prepared with lunch and dinner wait here is ridiculous 7hrs just to get loaded
Not recommend for new drivers spots are super tight and must wait in the street

No Room for 53' Trailers. Staff park right in front of Docks so you can only get into first 3. Been waiting 3 hours and still not at Dock. Other drivers have been here much longer. Mark in Receiving has extremely bad attitude and purposely makes drivers he doesn't like wait extra hours. Horrible

Believe the reviews! Ain't made for 53ft trailers , especially when they park employees cars directly in front of you ! They had me stage in one door then move to another door .As one reviewer stated its like trying to dance in a phone booth. That didn't go so well...I couldn't straighten out my trailer. It took me forever due to those cars being parked directly in front of me . That bruised my ego a bit but I survived it ...take your time . Its small, crammed would I like a return visit ! Hell no !!

Arrived at pickup 30min early and got a door right away. Very tight place but people just like to complain. If is too hard then find something else to do. Nick and Angel at dock were very nice and try their best to accommodate your job easier.
