This is the best tobacco store in Hubert because they have very close to everything you want & expect to find in a Tobacco shop. I love the fun items & gadgets they have, so it's great for gift shopping. (They don't sell cigarette snuffers you place in an ashtray, though, but that's their ONLY bummer! I promise!)
