I've recently moved from ny. By far service in nc is awesome in comparison. The short chunky girl at the store is the worst help I have received anywhere in the whole state of nc. Rude short with her answers, every question asked is like your annoying her with your presence as she stands at the front counter readjusting her lo ng hair while customers stand around. The older Asian man very polite and the thinner lady was nice. This shop would greatly improve if the short girl with the huge attitude was let go.

This is the worst place I've ever shopped they sold me a phone case that fell apart and a screensaver that didn't fit my phone they refuse to exchange this and I don't believe that anybody should shop at this store as far as I'm concerned they get a zero rated

Very polite and prompt service, very friendly employees. They are busy but fast moving. I sent an online return $2.50 for the label but I think with the cost of the printer ink it was quite reasonable. I traveled just over 20 miles to go there it's the closest actual ups store. It was worth the drive and I will be giving them all of my further shipping business and notary if needed.

Horrible customer service. I had a professional check needing cashed from Richmond Community College. He declined because "I signed the check before I walked in." And claimed it was very strict policy. I have spent thousands at this store but won't be returning any time soon. Suggest going down the road to Walmart who does everything and more.

The lady there was very helpful. Sold me a battery for a very old cell phone that no where else had a battery for. It was also very affordable an it was not an after market battery it was name brand. While I was in there I noticed that they probably have parts for about any kind of phone you might have. Thanks Mailbox & More for your help..
