Very nice facility on the front end. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Not our normal vet for care, but required for boarding. Will provide update after boarding experience...Staff is very friendly and just makes the process very low stress. The daily updates and videos of my Piper was a reassuring touch by Felicity to ease this puppy parent's anxiety. Piper is still there, so i am sure pick up will go well.

Sara is awesome in the grooming department and always makes our dog so soft and cute! All of our experiences with Lazy 5, from grooming, to boarding, to a broken leg, to end of pet life assistance have just been the best! I can't say enough great things about this facility. My wife and I were displaced from our Asheville home due to Helene. We were in dire need of seizure medication for my dog, Bear. Dr. Stover and her team member, Ashley, were so kind and professional. Dr. Stover is highly knowledgeable and I would recommend her to anyone needing a vet for their pet!

I MUST share! Lazy Five went above and beyond with the level of service, patience, understanding, and compassion they have shown with us and our dog, Max. Max becomes anxious at vet appointments and has a difficult time learning to like people. At an appointment one day, I asked if he could start spending a half day a week in boarding to help his vet-office anxiety. Felicity didn't hesitate. It took Max a little while be at ease with his weekly visits, but he grew, really quickly to love Felicity. Now, almost 2 years later, he still enjoys his weekly trips to see Felicity. I am SO grateful she tool a chance on Max. He is better because of it.

I don’t live around here and they were amazing! I have had bad experiences with vets and I have absolutely no complaints. Very helpful, informative, passionate and kind not just to my dog but to me also. What an awesome place. I would recommend endlessly. It was fast and very reasonably priced 100/100. Very greatful for them!!

Cynthia in grooming is the ABSOLUTE best on the planet. She genuinely cares for my fur baby. She gives her love and attention so my fur baby is not scared at her grooming appointment. Cynthia makes my fur baby look so good. It’s a joy to have her groom our sweet girl. There is no one I would trust more. I know my baby is cared for and loved on during the entire time she is getting groomed. Thank you for the awesome job you do at loving my fur baby and grooming my fur baby.

Dr. Stover was the best. I took my precious 20 year old senior cat who was struggling last week. She was so thoughtful, compassionate, caring, and honest. My sweet baby is now resting in peace. I couldn't have asked for a better vet. We have been to other vets in the area who are not compassionate and don't seem to care. So, while having the worst experience possible with your pet, go to Lazy 5 Vets to make the process less stressful with a vet who actually cares.

We see Dr. Julian and she is the best veterinarian around. Dr. Julian is very knowledgeable and very thorough to each and every animal that comes in there. She takes the time to explain any questions you may have and also shares her after visit notes, as well as any test results and bloodwork. I have been going to Dr. Julian with my loved ones my fur babies since Lazy 5 Vets opened. All the veterinarians that work in this facility are great, And the technicians and front desk associates are awesome to work with.
