Bought a 50 gallon A.O. Smith water heater they told me it was pressure tested and worked fine. I hooked it up and it didn’t work replaced both thermostats and elements and still doesn’t work and I do have the correct amount of power so I am forced the spend more on a new water heater.

Wish I could give 6 stars!

Called 10 minutes before closing and had quick service. Looked up my part, checked the stock, and even stayed open past closing so I could rush up and grab what I needed.

Have done business with them before and would certainly do it again.

I bought a washer and dryer from them a little over a month ago and it started dripping water. Actually I called them it was 4 days past the 30 days talked to the owner he said yes "we dont usually replace that valve" he knew the problem without even looking at it. Said he could get to me the next day mind you it was only 4 days past 30 days! He sent me a text told me it would be $110 to fix it! It's not about the money it's the principal dont feel that is good business, I would understand if it had been months but 4 days. Didn't even offer to meet me halfway on the repair! Wont refer them to anyone.

Bought a used washer and dryer and the husband and wife were very nice. They delivered the same day with set up and got both appliances in good condition for a little under $500. If you’re okay with used appliances that have been refurbished and work fine I would recommend J&H.

If your interested in buying a washer or dryer dont buy it from this run down business they're crackheads and if you leave your appliances there they will take the pieces they need and give it back to you. Also they get they're appliances from the land fill, services them and sell them from an arm and a leg.
