Do not use this company for any electrical services especially for a major install. The Electrician Art did not complete the job and left live wires exposed and hazardous. Also after multiple attempts to contact him to complete and resolve the issue I was given the run around of excuses. I paid the company 26k for and incomplete job. Please don’t use this company for any electrical work on a major project.

Edit*** they stole $21,000 from us and left our bathroom completely demolished. They blocked me and still will not return our money or even speak to us. BEWARE!!! They are fraudsters!!!!!

They are amazing!! We had a fire inside our wall, they came out within the hour. We needed so many repairs and they were honest and timely about them. Our home had many issues and they didn’t take advantage on pricing or anything. They did an amazing job!! Art, Diego, and Art are all awesome!

As it 10/19/2022 I will need to amend my prior review. I actually believe they have defrauded us. We hired them again after our first interaction to fully renovate our bathroom. It had been such a good first experience, I really trusted them to do our bathrooms. They took $21,000 of our money and left us with a totally gutted bathroom and some items they had purchased for the bathroom remodel. We have had a bathroom and toilet sitting in our family room for months now. We had 2 contacts that we had talked to. Art and Diego. Neither of them will respond to texts anymore and are now ghosting us. We have called and texted repeatedly and they will not return our calls or contact us. Even to get the tools they left at our home. We currently have no working showers in the home. They have taken our money and offered no explanation. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! We are now forced to try to get our money back through legal means and it is so frustrating and disappointing!! Please do not give them your money!!

I had a terrible experience with H Services Electric. The technician, Arthur, quoted me $50 over the phone but ended up charging me $100 after only a 5 minute service - got nothing out of it. To make matters worse, they never sent me an itemized invoice, never followed through with the promised refund of $50 and even more frustrating is that Arthur ignores my text messages. Furthermore, Arthur quoted me $15,000 to fix the issue, but after contacting ComEd, they were able to fix it for free. This made me question the integrity of their business practices. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they are not only dishonest but also incompetent.

If you want a job done right, then these are your people. Fantastic service, were willing to go the extra mile to get the job including working on weekends. Job was completed professionally and efficiently. Job site was left as clean as when they started. The men that did the job were professional and approachable, willing to answer questions whenever they came up. Not only did we get a brand new breaker panel indoors and meter panel outdoors, but I received an education as well, which - to me - was even more valuable.
If you want a great team willing to work with you, educate, as well as doing the job right, then I can't recommend H Services enough. They knocked this one out of the park.

They seemed professional at first, but don’t be fooled. Scheduling with them to replace an outdated electrical panel, light fixture and two outlets was easy…until they rescheduled on me three times all of which last minute.
After finally getting them in to replace the panel they told me they like to wait a week to check up on the panel and make sure it is working properly before they give it the all clear.
That next week would be when they would replace the light fixture and outlets as discussed. While at work I gave them the remaining payment over the phone and had a date scheduled for the follow up. The cherry on top was when I came home to see what work they did and also managed to cause damage to a wall as well.
Sure enough come the day of the follow up appointment, I received a message that they would have to reschedule due to Covid related reasons which I understood. I was told they would reschedule when they get back into the office. About a week and a half went by. Nothing. I reached out to follow up. Was brushed off and told they would get back to me. Follow up again two days later to set a day and time, but they would not confirm the appointment for they stopped responding to me. I have currently tried to reschedule with them on three separate occasions to get them to come back and finish the work. I have received no response since or any sense of urgency to finish what they started. Since they got paid in full on 11/22/21, a month later I still cannot get a committed day and time. I am concerned for safety reasons for they left a breaker switch exposed and their short term solution was to cover it with electrical tape. Best of luck to any future customers.

Update: Shortly after posting this review I received communication after ten minutes to reschedule work and was asked to take the review down for the time being. I was told they don’t like reviews….
The day came for them to finish the remainder of the work. One electrician showed up which then turned into three. What was supposed to be one hour turned into six. When it was all said and done, I asked about the damage to my wall. I was assured that it would get fixed as one electrician left. Shortly thereafter the other two followed leaving the damage to my wall unfixed and a mess left all throughout my place.
Later that night I noticed my heat was not working. I recalled hearing a loud “bang” noise coming from a spark of electricity when they were working earlier, but assured me everything was okay. The following day, New Year’s Eve, I was forced to call to get the Heat repaired. After explaining what electrical work had been done, it was determined from the technician that too much power was sent to my transformer causing it to fail. Rest assured it was not fine.

In effort to settle my review the office manager agreed to send me a settlement check of $500. It has been over a month and have not received anything. Screenshots attached.

Great experience, the whole crew came in on a Saturday night around 2 am, which I had called around 12 when the power initially got cut off. They were very fast in coming and installing a brand new service meter. They worked great with comed side by side and they brought a generator so we could keep some medical devices running and run some space heaters which made our night a lot less stressful. Thank you guys a lot !

Very reasonable and reliable!They went above and beyond for us. We needed a new electrical panel inside but then they noticed we needed a new one outside which was causing many of our issues as well. They worked very hard to make sure our electric was brought up to code and stayed until our electric came back on. 5 stars is not enough for them. Should be at least 10.

We used H Services; Arturo for outdoor lighting at one of our Restaurants and a 2 day job turned into a 6 month job and it is still not completed. Had to call another company in to fix the mistakes that were made on what they have done and also finish installing new lights.
I will never use Arturo and his Company H Services again, their lack of communication and service is disrespectful.
We have tried on numerous occasions to contact Arturo and H Services and no response.
I promise you I am not making this up just to post something on here. I rather post a good review but sadly I do not have one for this company.
They will cheat you.
