Hamid is amazing!!!!!! I got the exact car I wanted and he was so patient. We looked at the car on a Saturday and was not able to get it till Monday. He advised to take our time and stated that if someone else was interested, it would be on hold until we told him, we were no longer interested. We found out that the radio was not working and he had ordered another one from a junkyard. He let us know when it was ready and advised the very first day that if this ordered radio did not work, he would pay us $150 for a new one. Unfortunately this ordered radio did not work, but true to his word, he gave us a $150 check for our newly bought radio. This man is trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, and if he does not know something, he is honest about it. You want to buy from him because he is truly all about the customer, not the sale. He wants “you” happy! This was the best sale and the most wonderful experience buying a car ever!!!! I will go back!!!!

My fiance and I had been to 4 other dealerships in the KCMO area before coming to H & S. We were shopping for a Toyota Rav 4. I spoke with Hamid, one of the owners. He let me take the car to get an inspection from my mechanic before I had committed to buying. My mechanic found a few issues; the front brakepads were somewhat worn and it needed 4 new tires, along with a few other small things. Hamid agreed to fix all of these problems within a day! His original asking price on the car was fair but he went above and beyond to get the car in top shape for me. I also want to add that other dealerships were definitely tacking on their own interest to the lenders original loan interest. I genuinely felt like Hamid had our interest at heart and we got a good deal!

We bought a 2012 Jeep Laredo at the end of September 2020 for my son. In the first month the water pump had to be replaced. In February the transmission was serviced $400 and the very next day the engine went out $5700 and the engine was used. The mechanic said they would of had to know the engine was on its way out. All after 5 months of payments. Tried contacting the dealership got no response. We could of bought a better car from a better lot.

AMAZING PEOPLE!!!! The team at H&S was incredibly friendly, flexible and conscientious during our experience with them. They have even provided support after we bought the car. Most car dealers forget about you once they have your money. This is not the case at H&S auto sales. They helped us get remotes programmed and keys cut for a minimal cost well after we purchased our vehicle. They were kind enough to take the time to make sure we got everything we needed at a fair price. If you are looking to buy a used car, I would highly recommend you visit H&S auto. The experience was enjoyable, non-intimidating and I will go back for sure. I never felt suspicious or like they were trying to pull one over on me. What you see is what you get! Very easy to work with the H&S team. They were happy to throw in a warranty with our purchase to alleviate all of our concerns. They put extra effort into getting cars into tip-top shape for resale. Go see them.

I recently purchased a Chrysler 200 from H & S. After my purchase I found some issues with the vehicle that weren't noticable when purchased ( heat and defrost) Essie and Hamid have taken exceptional care of me! Even though the parts weren't under warranty they helped me out with the repairs! I would highly recommend H & S auto to anyone in the market for a used car! You won't regret it I promise!!!!

We bought a 2008 Infiniti EX35 from this place a couple month ago and had a great experience throughout the process. The owner, Hamid, was very helpful with finding the right car for us, and somehow could get the best loan deal possible for us with a very low down payment.
I definitely recommend this place, they are very picky with their car collection, and really competitive on the price! 5-star.

I purchased a 2007 Lexus. Both of the men that I worked with were very helpful and friendly. The car was in great condition for a 2007. The inside very clean, and the car can really get up and go. They arrived at the dealership early to help me since I was traveling from out of town. They had a car fax on the car and were able to answer many of the questions that I had. You can tell they don't have any junk cars here. The cars on the lot that I looked at where all in good condition.
