Really, just a waste of my time and gas. I called ahead to to see a specific vehicle because it was an hour and a half away. When I got there no one was there, but the service guy. He told me that the one and only salesman would not be back for 2 hours. I let them know this was not acceptable. Eventually he showed up and seemed friendly enough, albeit very distracted and disengaged. Now, the vehicle I wanted had a dead battery and was leaking fluids. Warning sign, but these things happen when a vehicle sits for awhile. We got it started and I was off on my test drive, only to look down and the gas needle was below the empty line. I turned around and came back right away. Some times these small dealers can have a good deal, but they often get a bad reputation for the type of experience I had.

Great experience. If you live in Danville or the surrounding areas, and looking for a quality vehicle ,this is a highly recommended place to visit. Larry made the entire process smooth, from setting up an appointment to making the purchase, this was the best vehicle purchase I’ve ever had. The vehicles on his lot were hands down the cleanest and best of the best. I’m very picky and the MKX we chose was no different from the other vehicles I saw, super clean inside and out. It was almost like shopping for a new vehicle in a pre-owned car lot. I will be bringing my business back and sharing with others the level of attention and service we got.

Car shopping can be a headache. Not at H&O. H&O sells vehicles the way they are supposed to be sold. I had done shopping for vehicles at major dealerships prior to going to H&O- mistake. Steve and Larry were gentlemen that looked me in the eye and shook my hand. They didn’t try any extra gimmicky stuff or push you into this or that. Awesome prices and selection to boot. I will be recommending H&O to anyone looking for a vehicle, regardless of make, model, or location. EVERY car dealership should take a lesson from these two. Thinking about going? Do it. You too will notice a vast difference.

Staff were not professional they did not come and meet or greet you like some dealerships do. We waited 10 to 20 minutes inside and Larry knew we were there and he acted like he was in no hurry to help us. He was doing something with computer and he did not say that he will be right with us or anything. He acted like we were not even there. Not very professional.
