Haven't lived in the area long and heard good things about this place from locals at the nearby pub. I was charged ÂŁ34 for two sirloin steaks! I was shocked and the locals at the pub were shocked too when telling them. Most butchers would have charged ÂŁ20ish for what I ordered. My wife will try this out soon to see if I was done on the one off. Watch out for the update.....

There bacon is the best. The beef is tender. The lamb is tasty. The service is friendly. The prices reflect the freshness of a local butchers. Would never buy supermarkets meats again.

I have only recently started buying my meat from here as sadly I never noticed the butcher's before now in my 27 years of living in west Norwood! Now I have started I will continue to support my local butchers as meat is fresher, better priced and better quality. The guy's are all lovely And friendly and I will continue to buy my meat from here from now on! Shuts at 4pm so I go straight after school run. Thanks guys from your new red headed customer 💖

Fantastic! So lucky to have this at the end of our road. Top quality meat and top quality service. Best thing is go in and ask, they will steer you through cuts, sizes, cooking times and temperature so you can have the perfect meal. Can't wait to tuck in to our turkey!!

I like to support this local butcher, the meat is brilliant, rump steaks especially ... The customer contact is also fantastic, they know their stuff .. Unfortunately, the supposedly fresh eggs or farm eggs let them down. They are old, tasteless, without colour. Shake an egg into a frying pan the yolk should be in the middle. These don`t, but, don`t let this put you off, the service and meat are the best ...

UPDATE as of 17th July 2022:

Sold out of date gone off product!

The stuff had a strong unpleasant odour to it almost like shellfish which has gone off although it wasn’t shellfish it was meat based.

So very disappointed and a total waste of time and money.

Must have been sitting it there for ages. They should throw away stuff that’s been sitting for that long.

Won’t be going there again anytime soon. If ever. Avoid.

Used for deliveries since lockdowns started and have been really impressed with the products and quality of service. We have since continued to use them and have basically ditched supermarket meat, which feels good both to be supporting a local business and to get better quality meat at a similar price!
