People please have your rental agreements looked at by someone with knowledge. This place will take advantage of you if you are not informed. This people play all nice like they’re doing you a favor they’re not. Recently had someone look at my rental agreement and it didn’t take long for them to see they had taken advantage of me and my wife. Get your interest rates checked and see are they fair!! Please

I was in a real bind with a job no credit and no car. Tanisha was awesome helping me get into the car I loved and wanted. The first week my starter went out, they graciously towed my car and replaced it, lent me a car during the time and then drive my car to me at work when it was fixed. I have been a customer for about a year and a half now and I am a very happy customer. If you are in a bind with credit and need a car these people will help. Need more dealerships like this.

If you want a life-changing experience for the worst then yes purchase here .I will tell you DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE OR LEASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY I don't care how nice the cars look take your tax money your hard earn money and go somewhere else yes the cars look nice but they are junk vehicles lemons with a nice look please listen to me I purchased a car over a year ago for $9,000 cash ended up in court they will have their staff to lie these people are crooks and they do not care about our community or the people in it ended up having to spend another $3,500 on top of other additional fees just so that I would have a working vehicle please I am trying to save y'all still up to this day they are harassing me to take down the reviews and remind you I was not a leaser I bought the car flat out the car broke down on me the same week I brought it 2 days later to be exact please listen you going to regret it if you don't. I purchased a car from here years ago and recently my boyfriend found himself in a bind after his car unexpectedly died on him. So him being in a bind unexpectedly and on a budget I thought about the time I had found myself in the same situation so I did the same for him I did for myself then and took him to H and J and just like with me years ago it was a simple and quick process before he was driving off the lot in a car solving his dilemma. Highly recommend these guys they are trustworthy and are there to get you in a car and out the door as quickly as possible friendly workers.

September 15, 2023 I purchased a 2005 bmw convertible 7 days later 9,22,23 return trouble starting tim the owner said I can get someone else for the same or lesser price ot allow them to get it repair by someone who deals with bmw because he isn't a mechanic or have any on staff. So after looking for a hour I didn't see anything else so I wanted my money back so he asked again let us fix it please I said ok. They have me a rental car I said ok nice people. So now let's move to the wife as we are doing the paperwork for the rental she said you can't drive it out of town I said o no I'm on my way to Charlotte for the weekend but pl no worries I have another car at home well this rental was horrible clicking all the way home yes I told them so they paid for the rental and I lived a hour away. I said I feel like I'm making the biggest mistake of my life his wife said if the car isn't still working right we will give you your money back all but 100.00 I said let me make sure I'm understanding you will give me money back today even after you fix the issues of it still isn't working right I can get a refund she said yes who wouldn't take that deal I gave them $2,300.00.. so on oct 23,2023 i picked up the car after repair the battery was died they put a new battery in a week late the service engine soon came on I told them that on nov 5, 2023 the car shut off on high I had to get towed I called and text the wife I will return the car and just want a refund so on today 11,7, 2023 tim said talks to the wife and she never said she wasn't coming in the blame game back and for I will be getting a attorney to sue right is right wrong is wrong and a verbal contact is just as legal as paper. I left the car removed the tag and will report this place they had the car for repairs.more then I drove the car all I want is a refund to get me another car not from them.
