I typically don’t leave any comment, but I won’t choose this place again. I have not gotten services worse than this place. First of all, the front desk is unprofessional and impatient. I once asked the front desk a question, which got a reply that “can’t you read it yourself? You have reading abilities, right?” Why act so condescending?

Second, I paid everything upfront and got confirmed that my insurance was acceptable to them. Days later I got an invoice in my mail. When I called them, the front desk said they were not responsible for the invoice and did not direct me to any place to resolve it.

Later, I requested the same report of my immigration physical exam result. Basically just print my medical record and sign it. Each copy they ask for $75, which is outrageous expensive. It is not that I don’t want to pay for professional service. It is just merely printing and signing what you have signed before. As a patient, we own our medical record. Without providing any valuable service, a signature for the same old report is $75. I can afford to pay, but this is definitely not the doctor-patient relationship I would like to form.

The whole clinic is not efficient at all, patients have to call several times to get test results. Dr Liu is rushing, impatient and not caring about patients. Don’t waste your time and money!

Went there twice to see Dr. Chong for my leg. She’s completely useless and low level of medical knowledge. No diagnosis , prescribed wrong medication but expensive . I changed to another doctor, eventually got cured by amoxicillin, which I even asked her to prescribe it to me after my online search at the second visit! Do not waste your precious time when are sick!

This facility cares more about getting paid than anything, not even care how to get paid from insurance. Ever since first time my family went there a few years ago, not once they made things correct. First it was a bill from Quest for annual checkup, they messed up billing so Quest was after me for like 6 months. It took me three calls to the facility and they didn’t even apologize. They messed up my kids’ annual checkups in ways I can’t even imagine. Wrong height measurements, getting kids blood samples and then doctor came saying it should not be taken for young kids. A procedure x ray in annual checkup which should be free, and have been free on other places I went to during the last few years, they kept telling my wife we need to pay. So I called insurance and was told it’s covered. When I talked to them, I was told “insurance folks are not familiar with your case, sometimes they just gave you wrong info”. So I had the insurance called them directly and they finally admitted they made a mistake. My experiences led me to believe they really are not professional, not caring about patients, not even care if insurance companies pays or not, as long they can get money easily.

Very pool managed staff. They don’t honor scheduled time and people could get in front of you if they arrive earlier, regardless of appointment time. Will stop coming here.
