Palacio has always been a great doctor to me. I’ve had issues with his assistant though, I think his name was tony? A while back I told tony that I have an issue with water & ever since he found that out he made every issue I had about it. If i even walked into the office with dry lips that is all he would make it about. When I was younger I went to the office & got him instead of palacio, he would take my phone even though I wasn’t on it. I told him my symptoms, he took a glance at my tongue & told me that I was just dehydrated even though I had a fever and some crazy gnarly symptoms. 3 days later the symptoms became worse so I went to immediate care & turns out I had bronchitis, strep throat, & whooping cough. My father had talked to palacio about the incident & I haven’t had tony for appointments ever since. (thank goodness, he is literally intolerable) I’ve came to palacio about a lot of issues that are sensitive/uncomfortable for most people to talk about & I have never felt uncomfortable talking to him about any of it & he’s always been really sweet, supportive & I always felt safe talking with him. & that says a lot coming from someone who grew up with a lot of feminine issues & more. I’ve been so satisfied with him growing up that I’ve decided that he’s going to be my child's doctor which I’m due to have in a month 🫶 I was even sad to hear that palacio couldn’t be my doctor anymore since I’m pregnant 😪 but I can’t stand that one guy tony or something i don’t know if I have his name right though lol.

Dr Palacio has been seeing my kids since they were born. Contrary to some of the naysayers in the comments, he’s phenomenal. My kids love him. Sometimes he can be quick with appointments, and in most occasions dealing with common symptoms… that’s totally warranted. If you actually listen to what he’s telling you and what his staff are telling you, then the care of your kids is top notch. You cannot blame the Dr for not accepting state insurance, you blame the state.

I was initially accepted by Dr. Palacios with state insurance, but due to unforeseen medical issues and hospital issues, I missed two appointments. Despite my request to speak directly with the doctor regarding his nurse's inappropriate behavior during a phone call, I took him to another clinic instead. After speaking to his nurse I felt forced to take him elsewhere. The clinic wasn’t doing much for my sons reflux issue so wanted to take him back to dr. Palacios. I felt it was necessary to give my sincere apologies for the misunderstanding with Palacios nurse but with him directly. Before making decisions about how best treat our relationship moving forward with my apology, Me thinking he’d have a heart to hear me out, he sadly denied my request. So, its no surprise that when Nurses called back saying there would be no final visit without any possibility of accepting Kancare State Insurance and making it clear that He doesn’t speak to anyone without the approval of his nurse’s . Going forward-it felt very dismissive considering all I had been through up until this point. I just want to know why they took the time to take my son in 2 months ago with Kancare state insurance then after day they no longer accept kancare state insurance. I was told by doctors from ascension medical care to call you and give my apologies because My son wasn’t dismissed yet. It clearly wasn’t my fault and your nurse had no compassion and technically he was still in your panel. God bless and til the day comes, God willing My baby will have better care.

Dr. Palacio has taken care off my kids since 2009, and now my niece and grand kid. I love how he interacts with the kids, and give full explanations and details of what ever is going on with the kids. We need more Dr's like him, that actually care for their patients.

My entire family go here and ALL the doctors, nurses and front desk workers are AMAZING!! They all have been super nice to me and my family. They're always quick at getting us in, if it's necessary. No matter what we are being seen for, all the doctors are great at explaining things in details and Dr Palacio is amazing with children, he's always been great my kids. All the PA that work here are very knowledgeable and respectful. I would without a doubt recommend 100% this Dr's office to anyone looking for a new doctor for their self or their children. By far the best Clinic I have ever been to In My Life

We love Dr. Palacios and staff. He has great bedside manner with children of all ages. My kids throughly enjoy this office. They don't even mind when it's time for shots. They get to giggling so much they don't even realize they have had them. Thanks Dr. P for keeping the family happy and healthy.

Dont waste your time with this guy. His office will tell you that they take state insurance as long as you're already a patient, but as soon as I brought my daughter in to get her 1 year shots, they told us they wouldn't be giving her shots because they don't offer that with state insurance. Dr. Palacio was also incredibly cold and rude to my wife, which he has plenty of time to do since he'll barely look at your kids. Don't waste your time with this this doctor or this practice, unless you want to pay for garbage service.

Love Dr. Palacio as my kid's provider, my kids were teenagers and I love the fact that he spoke to them about their health care and their concerns, since they were the ones who could actually explain to him what certain symptoms were like to them as the patient, he is always smiling and makes you feel comfortable.
