Fast service and fair prices. We had a full tank on a Sunday, and Shane was out within 3 hours. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had us up and running in less than an hour. He was also honest with the condition of my system and field. The last company that pumped us 4 years ago said our system was no longer good and tried to up sell us something we didn't need. 4 years later, it's still working. Shane advised us that although the system isn't perfect, there is plenty of life left in it.
As a licensed contractor and a business owner myself, I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend! Casey and Steve came over today to clean our septic tank. They did a fantastic job and were true professionals. They called to let me know they were coming, arrived on time and were energized and enthusiastic about their work. They answered my millions of questions patiently and completely. They explained what they were doing and how they were going to do it. They showed me how it all worked and where a part of my system was cracked allowing rain water to enter the system and fill it up more quickly. They gave me a quote before they started and the final price matched their quote. The entire job went so smoothly and took far less time than I thought it would. They were even happy to pose for pictures so I could show my family how it all works. Thank you guys! You’re the best! See you in a couple of years!

He was wonderful, displaying exceptional patience and kindness while helping my senior parents understand the septic cleaning process. Johnny truly went above and beyond, making sure they felt comfortable and informed. Arthur Price is lucky to have such a knowledgeable technician on their team! Johnny did a fantastic job! He took time to show us what he was doing and give us some great advice on how to best care for and extend the life of our septic system! He even had good conversation with our kids who enjoyed seeing the whole process.

Excellent experience with Arthur Price septic! Delroy installed a riser for our septic tank today and did a great job! He is so nice & friendly! Johnny came out yesterday to inspect the tank and recommended the riser. He was very nice & helpful, answering all my questions. Highly recommend the company and these 2 gentlemen! Thank you!
