Avoid this place.

No price tags for jewellery items and staff made up sky high price as they go and put through the till for £25.

Any regular shopper member of the public check my review here with attached image of the earings will agree that this item is definitely not worth £25.

I continued walking down the street, saw the exact same earing for £10 then realised I have been scammed!

As the staff clearly seen I was westernised, young and inexperienced shopper for traditional jewellery and staff taken advantage of me and treated me as if I am an idiot.

During the visit, I was also told that they have no second pair in stock and they do not accept exchange or refund for the jewelleries so going back to the shop was out of question.

To make matter worse, when I came home and opened the packaging, found the back to secure the earings were also missing.

Additionally in the different light at home, I also noticed one earing (on the right side) has defect - the big black stone in the middle clearly shows the stone is damanged ( big round white mark)

Despite all these, still not received apology, no offer of refund.

Was my 1st visit and will be the last.

I’m going to an Asian wedding next week and needed something quick. Felt a little unsure entering the shop, but they were so kind and made me feel very comfortable, especially as I’m from an Afro Caribbean background. I got the outfit I wanted in minutes and the accessories way under my budget. Really great customer care. Thank you.

What a lovely experience in this shop. The staff are so helpful and the boss is just amazing. Every question of mine answered and felt sooo comfortable the whole time. So pleased we visited here and will defo go back if ever I need another outfit. Prices are great too!

Love the shop. The dresses are so beautiful. The shop worker Zehra is so warm hearted. She was so helpful and so nice, we felt very comfortable there.
Would definitely go again, was worth going and definitely recommend anyone to go!

I visited with my husband for an outfit for my daughter's wedding. The shop is at an excellent standard and the staff were exceptional! If I could give 7* I would. She went out of her way to help me find the perfect outfit and I am so happy! Highly recommended. The staff are so attentive to their customers. I will definitely be going back.
