It's a sufficiently huge shop for chocolate lovers to browse, get what they want, and leave on the train.

The mix and match gives you very good options to try the many different offerings they have on shelf at 3 for 15gbp, without feeling the guilt of over paying for premium quality chocolates.

Personally love the hazelnut praline, if you do need a recommendation.

However, my only criticism lies in the consistency of their range over the years. While the classics remain timeless and delightful, it would be refreshing to see new additions, particularly within the more luxury collections. Adding new products every so often would definitely improve the chocolate experience and provide loyal customers like myself with exciting new flavors to savour. Nevertheless, Hotel Chocolat remains a pillar of chocolate excellence, consistently delivering exceptional quality and flavours.

First time visiting a Hotel Chocolat shop. Reallt enjoyed the products I bought, such as Dipping Adventure Set and Summer Treats H Box.
Just wish the store was a bit bigger to make browsing more comfortable!

The London Victoria Hotel Chocolat is a great stop for any chocoholics. The shop is always nice and clean, have a great selection, and the guys there are super helpful and friendly. Top tier gentlemen when I pop by on the way home.

Great product with great taste.
They provided vip members ship, once the customer had this vip membership card will able to get 15% off from buying online, (remember that buying online will has additional shipping cost) and 15% off from buying on store. Those 15% off for next purchase only valid 1month after got the email once become vip membership.
If will purchase at the store make sure bring your vip membership card with you and the email which has the code for that 15% off.
