This shop is honestly beautiful and the lady who helped us was 10/10. So passionate and an absolute pleasure to talk to and hear all about the brand. We left with some incense and that’s where my issue comes from…they come with a small bronze holder which doesn’t fit the sticks in, so you have to use some force which sadly causes the sticks to snap! No matter how much I try to limit any damage it happens. Also, the small amount that is placed in the holder doesn’t burn.

I hate to do this but they don’t compare with the Aesop sticks. Their holder is better, it fits the sticks, the entire stick can burn and nothing ends up snapped. I’m still very much intrigued by the brand and what it does but the incense isn’t quite meeting the mark.

We had such an amazing experience visiting the shop!!
We are new customers to the brand and didn’t really know where to start, trying to find a new scent. Thankfully Kenda, the staff working there was amazing! She talked us through all the different scents and what the main ingredients were and out of our initial likes, make great suggestions for each us. She made our day with her bubbly and friendly service. We both ended up buying a perfect new scent. Couldn’t ask for a better customer experience. Highly recommend visiting this store. 😊

This place is such a lovely experience. Really interesting and high-quality scents. My husband bought me a candle last year (Marmalades) and we brought back the empty to get half off a new candle scent (Ivy). New holiday tradition 🙂
