To the lady who told me to take my tools back to Lowe’s because I told her what I was looking to get for them and she rudely told me she could find the exact tools online for the amount I was asking in the same condition (they were practically brand new, only used 1 time)…..thank you so much for low balling me! I mean, you never even offered me a price because you practically laughed in my face , however I went down the road to Citymax in Bryan and was given $160. $10 more than what I told you I would like for them…guess that extra $10 covered my gas. You are what gives pawn shops a bad name. I wouldn’t waste my time there ever again and advise no one else to either.

Paid 1300.00 for pawned items,it awhile for background to come back from ATF. NO BIGGY.They called me about noon to let me know it cleared and I could pick up guns. Before hanging up I asked what time they closed
She said 2.30pm. It's over a 60 mile trip to this place. So I showed up at 2.00pm they was locking gate . So I told her that I had already paid and just needed to pick up.and reminded her she told me 2.30 they closed. The lady then told me,WE CLOSED,while shaken her head . It's the Dark hair lady what alover. The older lady was always so polite and made you feel appreciated..but i want be back..

Scary. Today I was considering selling a solid 14k gold ring at this location, depending on the offer given to me. I was determined to sell the ring on Ebay if I rejected the offer. I told the “coin lady” at this shop that I may not sell. After I handed the ring over to her, she began studying it, which is when I turned away to look at something that caught my attention. When I looked back at her she suddenly was about to drop acid on my ring! I asked her if she were about to damage my ring and she became agitated at me. She then abruptly told me this, “That’s it, I’m passing, you need to go to a coin and jewelry dealer”. She said it with such hostility that I could hardly believe what I was hearing! So, not only did she potentially damage my ring without WARNING me ahead of time, but she became ugly with me for questioning her about it.

Rudest people I've ever met literally .as you can see Deborah was the only one who had something to say on here and it's probably because Deborah's white .I've never spoken to more rude people in my life .lazy! .... didn't know how to hook up something they should know how to hook up ...she verly even looked at me or said thank you and I said thank you twice. Called back about the rudeness and got hung up on just rude as hell..they need to shut this place down ...horrible business !!

Rude employees, lazy as well. Do not recommend, completely a waste of time. High valued well kept items trying to pawn cause I had no use for them anymore and they denied everything. Possibly cause they could not comprehend what they were dealing with. I’m a very fair person. This statement is valid

Nicest, cleanest, and friendliest pawn shop I have ever visited. I love browsing and shopping there, and the owner and staff have always been exceptionally cordial and accommodating. H & H Pawn in Caldwell, Texas is a very nice shop and I would recommend that you go there and see for yourself. It is one of my very favorite shops to visit.

Love the price on guns but the guy was giving me a hard time and lying to me about the gun trying to make a sale...... Like I already was going to buy it you didn't need to add to it. Old man just trying to make sales even if he has to lie not a good characteristic to uphold.

Called up there to see If they had a gun and to see the price. They are reasonablely priced and service was great. No problem putting on layaway. I will definitely be bringing my business back.
