I usually don't shop here. As I was brought here by a friend. But, being here for the first time, I would say that they are not very expensive. The prices are moderate. Plus the customer service is good. They have the place divided according to the departments such as women and mens. As my friend purchased something for himself, I looked around and checked prices and everything. I did not tried anything on, but by touching the fabric of their clothes, I felt their quality is also good, provided that prices are moderate. Hopefully I will go back to shop there, but parking in galleria in general is just a torture.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at H&M. I placed an order online for same-day pickup and waited all day for a notification, only to find out that my order had been canceled due to the items being sold out. However, this was not the case, as I had visited the store earlier that day to inquire about my order. The staff assured me that my order was being processed and that I would receive it shortly.

After waiting all day for an update, I went back to the store, hoping to pick up the items myself. To my frustration, I was still denied the opportunity to do so. If I didn’t really need these items, I wouldn’t have wasted my time and money. This experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I hope H&M can improve their communication and service in the future.

I visited the store to return items I had purchased, bringing my receipt and ensuring I was within the 30-day return window. To my surprise, the cashier informed me that only the pre-tax amount would be refunded, excluding the tax. This was particularly disappointing as it was not stated anywhere on the receipt. The refusal to refund the full amount, including tax, resulted in a very unsatisfactory customer service experience.

I would politely like to teach the entire staff about customer service skills and how to communicate with people in general…?Y’all… just learn how to talk to people and let your customers finish a sentence so they can tell you what they need. Act like you want to help them? I was helping my boyfriend find a suit for a wedding. I asked one of the guys if there were any vests, before I could even ask, (literally I did not get any words out) he said “there up stairs” exactly like that, completely cut me off. So I just assumed he heard my bf and I talking about vests for suits. We went upstairs and it was all women’s clothing. So we came back down. Asked another lady, she said “no and there is no extra stock in the back, everything we have is out.” She was standing behind the registers doing nothing but standing next to the other workers. Mind you, those registers were closed. The guy who answered me was also beside her. We looked around the first floor again and found about 4 vests. So they do have them. Later we wanted to check out, we go to the registers on the first floor because at the time we didn’t know they weren’t working. We were told very abruptly, “ these registers don’t work! Go upstairs!” We said okay and she replied “thank you”. As though that made it more polite lol ?. Just say, “excuse me, (while you’re near the person), these registers are closed now but you can check out up stairs”. That simple. The women’s floor was messy compared the men’s floor as well and after my experience I didn’t bother to buy anything from there. Thankfully my boyfriend found two suits and I was able to help. H&M is fast fashion no doubt, but they’re possibly the best fast fashion store on par with Zara. The prices are cheap. The best clothes from here are actually their mass-produced basic clothes that come in many colors. I really love their loungewear drawstring shorts; they have pockets!! They also have basic tops. I like that the store is very brightly lit as well.

Today 5/2/24: the closing manager (i assume) - Hispanic/latin man was very rude. I was returning something and I tried to bring up the receipt through the app (based on the cashier instructions). It only gave me two options & not the barcode. The cashier, who was pleasant, mistakenly told the manager I did not have the receipt. I ended up finding the receipt in my email. I did correct what the cashier said but the manager did not let me explain myself. He starts to belittle me and inform me about stuff I already know about returning without a receipt. I tried to explain myself and he kept interrupting me. I got frustrated and stayed quiet. I did not engage with him because it was a pointless conversation. He tried to antagonize me by saying “you seem upset. I don’t know why you’re upset when I’m telling you the rules”. Then he later tells me oh you should have been ready for next time. Very distasteful attitude. The job of a manager is to mitigate consumers/customers from getting more upset, instead he did not.
