Note. When I write a review it's from trucker perspective. I just tell it like it is so other drivers know what to expect.

Not sure what is going on hete lately but they used to try to accommodate drivers.

I got here at 11:00 am for a 1:00 pm appointment. The four docks were all full so I understand why I couldn't get unloaded.

The guy I spoke to said he would get to me as soon as he could.

....but when I'm sitting here looking at two empty docks...it's pretty irritating.

I went inside at 11:45 to see if they could unload me and he said come back at 12:30.(.this was a different guy)
I pointed out that he has two empty docks .... he looked at me and said come back at 1:00.

I guess it makes him feel powerful having all that authority over us lowly truck drivers

Too bad a person in his position has such a childish attitude
...and forgets that if I don't bring the product, there's no reason for him being here.

I'm an OTR driver and I'm working on getting home. Sitting here a couple of hours because it's inconvenient means less time for me at home with my family ...and I take it very personally.

Nobody at a manager level to speak to....so I just have to wait.

It's now 12:08 ..docks are full and there's a truck behind me now.

A truck just got here and I asked him when his appointment is..he said 9:00 am....and he got right in.....so apparently appointments don't really matter.

First guy was floor guy, great guy, willing to get the job done.
Second guy was supervisor. ... that explains a lot.

I'm in the dock now.

Let's just get supervisor out of there and things will go a lot smoother.

On the plus side lots of room and property is well maintained. Rest room in corner office.

Driver check in is the man door behind the silo.

It's 1:45 pm and just started getting unloaded...but these guys work fast.

Super easy drop n hook for DLT a lot of folks on reviews say overnight parking ok,but signs up everywhere saying otherwise. I guess just ask them. Loves and TA just a few miles down the street.

My appointment 6am the next day
Check in with the receiving told me your appointment is 6am tomorrow .
Forklift guy told them I will unload him right away. Got unloaded within 35 minutes.
